B. Çağla Garipağaoğlu, PhD, is currently working as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Educational Leadership and Administration Program, Bahcesehir University (BAU), Istanbul, Turkey. She has more than 15 years of experience in teaching and supervision of students, research, consultancy work, workshops, seminars and advisory services within and outside the university. In addition, she has four years of working experience as a school principal at Bahçeşehir College, Umraniye campus which is a home to over 1000 students in Istanbul, Turkey. She completed her undergraduate degree (1996–2001) in Teaching Mathematics department at Boğaziçi (Bosphorous) University (formerly known as Robert College), Istanbul, Turkey. Then she received her MA (2004–2005) in Educational Sciences at The University of Sydney, Sydney, Australia and PhD (2006–2012) in Business Administration at Yeditepe University, Istanbul, Turkey. So far, she has researched about management strategies, leadership styles, and organizational behavior. Dr. Garipaagaoglu has various scientific studies, book chapters, and national/international presentations about organizational leadership & behavior ad specifically interested in conflict management organizational culture and post-modern/quantum leadership.
