Dr. Eric Ho is a Teaching Fellow at the English Language Centre, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has been actively involved in teacher training with local teachers regarding lesson preparation, delivery and assessments. He is particularly keen on developing assessment methods that require integration of a range of competencies and that promote reflective practice.
