Dr. Tamara N. Massay-Trotz is a higher education professional dedicated to supporting first-generation, low-income students of color. A double alumna of Rutgers University-Newark and Saint Peter’s University, she has over ten years of experience in federal TRIO programs. She currently serves as the Senior Director of Student Success at Bloomfield College of Montclair State University. This work contributes to her passions and interests of creating communities that foster the intellectual and spiritual growth of students engaging in any educational space.
